The BERNINA Embroidery Software V5 runs on Windows® 7 with the following service packs:
- Service Pack 2 for BERNINA Embroidery Software V5 (V5.0W) (available)
- Aurora driver for 64-bit Windows® operating systems

Note: When the BERNINA Embroidery Software V5 installation wishes to install the Active Sync program, a compatibility message is displayed. This must be closed by clicking on ‘Cancel’ in order for the installation to continue.

No further measures are necessary for Windows® 7 for the following sewing and embroidery machines:

To enable the artista730/200 to be connected with a Windows® 7 operating system:
- The Artista 730/200 requires firmware V4.06 or higher
- The Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 (32- or 64-bit operating system) must be installed on the computer (this must be downloaded from the Microsoft Webpage and installed).

Art Link V5 is no longer supported in Windows 7

BERNINA Border Calculator:
The BERNINA Border Calculator V 1.6 runs on Windows® 7. Version 1.5 is no longer supported in Windows® 7.We recommend updating Version 1.5 to Version 1.6. You’ll find this installation file at http://www.bernina.com/downloads
