Fall Is Full Of Fascinating and Fun Events!

Hopefully with September around the corner, we will see some cooler weather. (I can hope can’t I?) With cooler temperatures comes holiday gift giving. Yes, I know you don’t want to think about it, but sewing has to get started early to be on time for Christmas! We have all been working like crazy to come up with great ideas for just the right projects for you to get started on. Check out the class schedule and I’m sure there is a few things there to peak your interest. We will have special events as well as all the regular scheduled classes. Two special guests will be here to share their talents with us and to inspire us to go beyond what we already know. October brings a fun Shop Hop, and we have such a great finishing kit, I just know you’ll fall in love! Enjoy…

The Early Bird Gets The Worm!

Join us July 5th for our annual Early Bird Sale! Come in between 7:00am and 8:00am and get 35% off the entire store (some restrictions apply). As the day goes on, the discounts go down! Last month’s Sew Creative Club was jammed packed with some very beautiful creations from our very talented group of ladies! If you haven’t joined us for a meeting, then stop by on the first Thursday of each month. We meet at 10:00am or 6:30pm and all you have to do is bring yourself and maybe a project you have recently completed. We love to see what everyone has been working on,it gets our creative juices flowing! If you are in the ”giving” spirit, bring a small quilt to donate to Project Linus or maybe a pillowcase to be given to Koncur Cancer. We do love to share our “gift” with others when possible!

Updates For The 830, 820 and V6 Software Available!

Be sure to go to www.berninausa.com and click on Support> Downloads and get the latest updates for your 830 and 820. If you’re not comfortable with doing it on your own, give Steve a call! Make an appointment to bring it in, along with your 3A foot and he’ll do it for you! There is also an update for V6 software, just follow the installation notes and you’ll be done in no time.

I know summer is just upon us, but our sewing minds look to the fall for beautiful gifts we want to create for the holidays. Each month, I will be putting a free pattern on the site so you don’t have to search for them! This months free pattern is “Harvest Home Coming” from Timeless Treasures Fabrics.

Be sure to stop in the shop and pick up a kit with all the fabrics ready for you to sew into this wonderful project! We have been getting our Christmas fabrics in, so don’t wait until the last minute and get the “picked over” selection! We also have some gorgous new patterns that we bought while at Spring Market.
